The KWJBQ series mud agitator is a pivotal component within the mud system, crafted to perfection for the agitation of drilling fluids. This key player averts the settlement of particles by ensuring continuous fluid motion, thus preventing deposits at the tank's bottom.
Offering unmatched efficiency, these mud-mixing units are available in a broad spectrum of bespoke sizes and configurations, tailored to seamlessly fit into virtually any mud tank. The in niously compact solution.
Engineered for excellence, the mud agitator expertly stirs the mud slurry to maintain the suspension of solids, ensuring optimal consistency. Positioned strategically atop the mud tank, it is equipped with one or two impellers that delve into the slurry, powered by an electric drive motor.
This motor is available in various horsepower ratings, ranging from 7.5 to 30 HP (5.5kw~22kw), offering versatility to suit diverse operational needs. The design of a mud agitator should be meticulously tailored based on the tank's dimensions, internal depth, and specific mud conditions.
The KWJBQ mud agitator features a sophisticated assembly comprising an explosion-proof motor, reducer, impeller, mounting plate, and both flexible and rigid couplings.
The explosion-proof motor and reducer are securely installed on the mounting plate, with the motor shaft connected to the gearbox input shaft via a flexible coupler. Meanwhile, the impeller is linked to the gearbox output shaft through a rigid coupling, ensuring a robust and reliable performance.
