Purpose and scope of application: It is used for pressing the juice of vegetables and fruits such as green vegetables, celery, spinach, tomato, ginger, pineapple, pear, apple and orange.
1, Structure: It is composed of front support, feeding hopper, screw, filter screen, juice container, rear support, slag trough and other parts. The screw spindle is supported in rolling bearing, and the right end is supported in handwheel bearing. The motor drives the screw to work through a pair of V-belt pulley.
2, Working principle: The main component of this equipment is that the bottom diameter of the screw increases gradually along the direction of the slag outlet, while the screw pitch decreases gradually.
When the material is pushed by the screw, the volume of the screw cavity decreases, forming the pressing of the material. The rotation direction of the screw spindle is clockwise from the hopper to the slag groove. The raw material is added into the feeding hopper and pressed under the push of the screw.
The squeezed juice flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter screen, while the waste material is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the pressure regulating conical part.
The size of the gap can be adjusted by the movement of the pressure regulating head along the axial direction.
It is used in clockwise direction (when the bearing seat of hand wheel shaft is turned, the pressure regulator head is turned to the left, and the gap is reduced;otherwise, the gap is increased.) Change the size of the gap, that is, adjust the resistance of slag discharge.
But if the gap is too small, part of the slag particles will be extruded together with the juice through the filter screen under the strong extrusion. Although the juice output increases, the quality of the juice decreases relatively.
