Buyer's Digest

Use this page as a product-first sourcing checkpoint before sending an RFQ. Category: Air Source Heat Pumps. Confirm application fit, capacity, materials, destination, lead time and compliance requirements before comparing suppliers.

Original product description

Features of the CO2 screw compressor When the exhaust pressure is no higher than 2.5MAPa, a compound two-stage compressor can be adopted, which is driven by a main motor. When the exhaust pressure is higher than 2.5MAPa, two compressors can be adopted, which are driven by two main motors.

The oil pump is driven singly to realize lubrication firstly upon startup and thus to eliminate insufficient lubrication in the early startup stage of compressor.

By combining forced lubrication with differential lubrication, the compressor is more suitable for working conditions with pressure fluctuation (variation of gas intake pressure and exhaust pressure). Fully synthetic polyether lubricating oil also be used to meet the requirements of food grade CO2 compressors.

The high efficiency oil-gas separator with patent technology (patent NO,:;) is used to ensure the oil content at exhaust port can reach 0.1-1ppm. There are two lubricating oil filters with one in use and the other for standby use, and they can be cleaned on line, thus having no impact on production.

An oil way temperature control valve is installed for purposes of ensuring that the oil separator temperature is over 15 ºC higher than the dew point and that the lubricating oil will not be emulsified and precluding moisture or heavy hydrocarbons from being separated out.

A slide valve is used in flow regulation and 15~100% step less flow regulation can be realized. Multiple units are skid-mounted on the same public foundation for convenience of installation and movement.

Process description of the carbon dioxide compressor CO2 from a user enters the low pressure stage compressor via the inlet filter of the compressor for compression;when the pressure reaches the needed pressure, CO2 enters the intermediate cooler for cooling;after being cooled to the required temperature, CO2 enters the next stage compressor for continuous pressurization;after the pressure reaches the required pressure, the CO2 enters the oil separator for oil-gas separation;then CO2 enters the high efficiency oil eliminator for secondary oil0gas separation;after reaching requirements, the CO2 enters the outlet cooler for cooling and then is transmitted.

The oil separated from the oil separator enters the oil cooler for cooling;after the cooled lubricating oil passes through the oil filter, part of the lubri
